Houston has been hit pretty hard by Hurricane Harvey, and perhaps the loudest of all comedians, Kevin Hart is making some noise for the good of the people.
Stepping up, Hart immediately put up $25K in relief funds and gave a shout out to several celebrities in and out of the hip hop world, including Jay Z, Drake and Beyonce themselves. Also to get shoutouts were Justin Timberlake, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Steve Harvey, Jerry Seinfeld, Dave Chappelle & Chris Rock.

“I think we’ve participated in a lot of challenges on the Internet, some meaningful, some meaningless, but we’ve all done them. I’ve been a person that’s partaken in several of them,” Hart said.
“At this point, this is a serious matter,” he continued. “I think the people are in bad shape and they need help. I’m going to lead the charge and step up in this way.”
The support for Harvey victims comes from across the board- Drake, who’s lived in Houston for the last 8 years, took to IG and gave a heartfelt message dedicating his support after the devastation.
