Tech N9ne Weighs In On Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Career: “The boldest mothafucka I’ve seen in a while”

Tech N9ne is still dropping beats, just closing off his 20th studio album, Planet- capping that accomplishment has been a major achievement for Tech, whom has been in the music industry for several decades at this point.

Even though Tech comes from another generation of rappers, he’s still got love for the game and is keeping his eye on the new talent, including Tekashi 6ix9ine. Joining Pidgeons and Planes on their “Trending Topics” subject, Tech chimed in on a variety of topics.

Covering BROCKHAMPTON, Kanye and more, perhaps the most interesting time came when he turned his attention to 6ix9ine and gave him some of the best praise an up and coming rapper can get:

The boldest mothafucka I’ve seen in a while, dude. To not give a fuck about [what] nobody thinks for having rainbow hair because it takes balls to do something like that and present yourself like this in front of the world and not give a damn.” the veteran rapper said.

Tech wasn’t feeling 6ix9ine’s crew and marketing ploy (which so far has consisted of pissing people off and cancelling shows among other issues) though;

“What I wish he and his boys didn’t do is provoke people to want to get at them so they can’t tour. Yes, we’re from the streets as well but, we could move in a room full of snakes.” Tech explained, “‘Cause I’m from a blood neighborhood too but there’s a difference. There’s loud n*ggas and there’s incognito n*ggas.
